One of the principal objectives of the Charitable Trust is to help past and present members of the Regiment and their dependants who through no fault of their own find themselves in times of need.
The Charitable Trust in conjunction with other ex service charities such as the Royal British Legion, SSAFA and The Army Benevolent Fund is able to make grants to relieve hardship or distress or for payment of services and facilities. It also has the capability of making donations or subscriptions to other ex service Charitable Institutions which provide or which undertake in return to provide such items, services or facilities for present or former members.
